  • In-stock items will be shipped on the same business day or the next business day after the order is placed.

  • Pre-order items require a longer processing time. Estimated shipping timelines will be indicated on the product page. If you need confirmation, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS by default.

  • If you prefer a different carrier, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
