RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1.Cancellation

To avoid any possible delays, we will process your order right after we receive your payment. Thus, we are unable to make any critical changes relating to the delivery of an order once it has been placed. This includes cancelling your order, and/or combining any shipments. If you need to change address, please contact customer service at basiamille913@gmail.com.

2. Out-of-Stock Orders & Gift Card Refunds

As a multi-brand buyer platform, we rely on brands and suppliers for inventory availability. Since their stock levels are not always transparent, we cannot guarantee that all items displayed on our website are in stock at the time of purchase.

  • If an item in your order is out of stock, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a store gift card for the full amount paid.
  • Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method—all refunds for out-of-stock items will be provided as a store gift card.
  • The gift card can be used for future purchases on our platform and does not expire.
  • You will receive an email notification with the gift card details once your order is canceled.

3.What’s your return policy?

Due to our nature as a purchasing agent, we are sorry we DONT accept returns without reason.

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at basiamille913@gmail.com or our wechat: basiamille37J with the pictures of the fault within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we inspect the goods and confirm that there is a genuine fault, you will be emailed with next steps to get a  replacement (if available), exchange or repair (where possible). We will send you the return label and make refund after we receive the product.

Please note, we do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Basia Mille reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided within 7 days. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
